Young Carers Hub

This year there has been a drastic reduction in referrals to the Young Carers Hub. If you are a young carer, or know of a family who has physical or mental health issues or alcohol and drug misuse, there could be young people who are young carers. The young cares hub is a service which can offer them additional support.  Please see their leaflet here for more details. If a referral is needed, we can facilitate this at the surgery.
