Telephony Problems - ONGOING

UPDATE 05/10/2021

We continue to have reports that our telephone system isn't functioning properly. This has been reported to our IT department who are continuing to search for a fix.

To help us provide our IT department with information which may help their investigation, if you have experienced a problem being cut off mid queue - please email the surgery using hmrccg.junctionsurgery@nhs.net and let us know when it was that you tried to call (rough time of day and date is helpful) and the number that you were using to call the surgery.

Once we receive this information from you we will forward it onto our IT department (we will only share the last 4 digits of your phone number).

We are aware that some patients have experienced issues with our telephone system recently, with many reporting being cut off mid queue. Our IT department are currently liaising with Virgin Media to try and fix this issue.
