Telephony Problems - June 2022 Update

We are very sorry to report that the phone issues continue to cause cut offs. As many of you will know we have escalated this issue as much as we possibly can and are still stuck waiting for a fix or workaround to be put in place. This has been escalated with the various parties involved.

Although contacting us via telephone is still the best option for urgent matters, if you are unable to get through, please either try PATCHS or email hmrccg.junctionsurgery@nhs.net

A statement from our IT provider can be found below:

"We are aware of issues affecting the telephone system.  These are unfortunately outside of our control, and we have escalated the problem to our 3rd-Party supplier.
We appreciate that this is frustrating, and assure you that our supplier is investigating this as a matter of urgency.
Thank you for your understanding"
