We believe the issues we've been having that have been affecting some calls to our phone system and other GMSS supported Cisco telephony systems have been resolved. If you are still unable to get through after several tries, please use the surgery email: email@example.com
If you are unable to get through we will ask for info about when you have tried to call to ascertain whether your call has been cut off in error or due to busy lines.
Use of the email is a temporary workaround for those still having issues.

GMSS have been in regular contact with the practices that were experiencing the issues over the last few weeks. A resolution was put into place by Talk Talk and the feedback we have received is that the majority of affected practices are no longer experiencing any issues, however there are still a small number of practices who are.
GMSS met with our Virgin Media partners and are continuing to investigate the issues further. To assist with the investigation, we ask the practices to continue to report issues to GMSS.
A meeting will reconvene between GMSS and Virgin Media on Wednesday 17th February 2021.
In view of this, if your practice/company have experienced these issues, please continue to raise any telephony related issues with GMSS directly. Please capture the telephone number of the patient that reported the issue and the time the failed call was made
