Following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the activation of arrangements relating to her lying in state and subsequent funeral the government has confirmed that Monday 19th September will be a Bank Holiday. We can confirmthat the Practice will be closed and that BARDOC will be providing their usual Bank Holiday Out of Hour Service on Monday 19th September, as well as their 7 Day Access bank holiday service.
We have made contact with all patients that had appointments arranged, and have either consulted them early, or rescheduled their appointments to another suitable time (many on the 20th and 21st). Prescriptions will be cleared on Friday evening and sent to nominated pharmacies in advance of the bank holiday.
