Change of telephone options
We have processed an update to our telephone system. One of the changes includes an alteration to the number choices after you have dialled the main number.
Going forward the options are:
1. For prescriptions and test requests (limited to between 12:00 and 18:30)
2. To speak to our reception team (lines open continuously during opening hours)
3. For referrals (08:30-17:30)
The update will also have added a few more queue positions as we try to reduce the number of times patients are cut off when calling.
