Enhanced Patient Access

Most of our patients over 16 can now see new information added to their health record. This includes notes from your GP appointments, test results, medications, and letters from hospitals added to your record since 14/12/2022. Following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II the government has confirmed that Monday 19 September will be a Bank Holiday. Face coverings from 19th July

From Monday the 19th July 2021 we will still require patients (aged 11 & over) to wear a face covering/mask at all times while in the practice.  COVID-19 is still very prevalent in our area and we must continue to do our utmost to stop the spread and keep our healthcare settings as COVID free as possible. Shielded (vulnerable) patient list letters/texts/emails

As you may be aware the Government have sent over a million letters to patients advising them that they are in a ‘at risk’ group and should isolate for the next 12 weeks. These letters were produced using hospital data and NOT data from GP Practices.
