Funeral Plans and Arrangements for Primary Care Services

On behalf of the Junction Surgery we extend our heartfelt sympathy and sincerest condolences to all the Royal Family. Following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II the government has confirmed that Monday 19 September will be a Bank Holiday. We can confirm that the Practice will be closed and BARDOC will be providing their usual Bank Holiday Out of Hour Service, as well as their 7 Day Access bank holiday service.

Face coverings from 19th July

From Monday the 19th July 2021 we will still require patients (aged 11 & over) to wear a face covering/mask at all times while in the practice.  COVID-19 is still very prevalent in our area and we must continue to do our utmost to stop the spread and keep our healthcare settings as COVID free as possible. This is to ensure patients attending for treatments and reviews, and staff, are protected.

Shielded (vulnerable) patient list letters/texts/emails

As you may be aware the Government have sent over a million letters to patients advising them that they are in a ‘at risk’ group and should isolate for the next 12 weeks. These letters were produced using hospital data and NOT data from GP Practices.
